The investor’s intention was to arrange the yard of an existing family house with one residential unit, in Zagreb's Gračani neighborhood, by adding garage, terrace for family gatherings and a swimming pool with a new organization of greenery while partially retaining the existing plant fund.
The building plot is on a slight slope, terrain being tilted east-to-west along it’s longer axis, where it has access on the public road. Design includes construction of garage with two parking spaces in the lower, western part. The flat walk-through roof of the garage also serves as a space for the terrace in front of the house. North of the terrace is a trapezoidal outdoor pool.
In the steeper, eastern part of the plot, next to the house, a wide tiled straircase is planned to follow the natural slope of the terrain.
